- Paul Harris wishes to address the members present prior to the election for the president role
- Election of president for coming term – written ballot will be prepared by Mike Loftus
- Christmas get together
- Weekend trip to Kitzhof Inn, Dover VT next July
- Dave Bennett wishes to address the members
- Cleaning up the current membership list; we have many people listed who are not active or even occasional attendees
- Discuss institution of dues policy for the future
- Discussion regarding planning a ride schedule in advance for next season
